The largest percentage of our Moose Hunts are Bull tags. They are on a first come first serve basis. We have our allocation of tags. Be assured that upon booking your adult tag is assigned under your name.
About All Inclusive Moose Hunts: All Inclusive Hunts are Full-Service Packages. You bring clothing, gun and ammo, rod and reel, and personal items and equipment. We do the rest.
Equipment Check: Check over your kit. Make sure you have sighted in your rifle in advance. Get some practice at your local range before you depart. It would be a shame to waste a few thousand dollars for the sake of a badly aimed $2.00 bullet. Your hunting partners would never forgive you! Be sure to read our guide Preparing For Your Hunt.

Moose Hunt Package Details
Plan #1 – Self Guided Fly-In North Moose Hunt for Ontario Residents Only
Zone 1C or 16A
This hunt has been requested by many residents over the years. Here is your chance to access these prime areas with no other hunters for miles! Self Guided Moose Hunt with your own Tent and Camp Equipment.
This is a complete “DO IT YOURSELF” HUNT
2023 Moose Hunt dates available – Sept 16th to Oct. 7th
Self-Guided Tent Camp: Ontario Residents only
- You erect Your Tent Camp or use ours if available,
- You Supply Food and Personal Equipment.
- We Supply All Camp Equipment including boats and motors.
- We Fly You In And Out.
- *You supply your own moose tags and license
- *Add $750 per moose flown out over one
We include flight in, flight out, boats, motors and gas, and 5 gals per day per boat mid-week flight check. You furnish all equipment (including tent) for camp setup, food & cooking utensils. Moose out at extra cost. Weight restrictions apply – call for details

Self-Guided Tent Camp or Luxury Outpost Camp: We Supply Your Tent Camp or fully equipped Luxury Outpost Camp. You Supply Food And Personal Equipment.

Plan #3 – 7 Day Fly-in Guided Deluxe Moose Hunt – Outpost Cabin Or Tent Camp
All-Inclusive Remote Tent Camp or Luxury Outpost Camp. We Supply Your Food. We Supply Your Guides. We Supply all Camp Equipment. You Supply Your Personal Gear and purchase your Ontario Moose License. We Fly You In And Out. Your moose flown out to our floatbase with our aircraft. We supply your Adult Moose Tag to validate your moose license.
Includes everything including GUIDE SERVICE and FOOD. Your camp is made ready and equipped in advance of your arrival. You bring only your personal effects and equipment.
Outpost or Outfitted Tent Camps.
Complete with ground covers, comfortable cots with mattresses, wood stove, propane cooking stove, showers, generator, communication and everything to make your camp truly comfortable.
Meals – Steaks, pork chops, chicken, ground beef, ham, bacon, eggs, bread, canned soups, luncheon meats, vegetables, fruits, onions, potatoes, plenty of coffee, fruit juices & all the necessary items to prepare gourmet outdoor meals. We pride ourselves in serving plenty of quality food.

- Professional Guide Service – one guide per two hunters.

A $1500,00 deposit is required at the time of booking, in order to secure the reservation. The deposit is $2500.00 for the One-on-One Trophy Moose Hunt package. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another hunting trip during the same season. Cash, MasterCard, VISA, travelers’ checks, and personal checks are accepted forms of payment. Use of a credit card results in a 3% surcharge fee. Please make all checks payable to Cat Island Lodge.

Not Included in the Package: (License – $495.00 CAN) – (ON Moose Tag – $200 Bull, $150 Cow)- (Export Permits – $35.00 CAN ) – (Hst taxes). Licenses are 2019 prices
Remember, weight restrictions of (200lbs/person guided trips, 250lbs/person non-guided trips) apply for all Moose Hunt trip packages – planning is needed and we will advise and help in making your hunting trip plans fit the aircraft’s requirement for weight.
We can add other services to any plan if requested. Such as your list for food or equipment rental.
