• Deposits are $500 per person and non-refundable
• The minimum deposit is $1,500 per group to hold the booking
• The deposit can be made by Mastercard, Visa, or by check. Final payment can be made by cash, personal check, or credit card. If using Mastercard or Visa for final payment a 3% handlers fee is added unless paid in full at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made before April 30th are transferable to a later date in the year, after that they are non-transferable.
• All prices are quoted in U.S. Funds and subject to 13% HST tax
• A gas surcharge may be applied if necessary

NOTES: Brownstone, Headwaters, Sumach:

• Groups of 3 – add $600 per person
• Groups of 2 – add $800 per person
• Date restrictions apply on groups of 2 or 3 people
