What's included in my package?
- Free advance delivery of pop/beer/water – with two weeks prior notice
- Generous weight allowance of 125 lbs. (100 lbs for Headwaters Outpost)
- Marked lake maps
- 14’ boats with 9.9 hp Yamaha motors, gas, and swivel seats, minnow buckets
- Pre-cut firewood
- Propane fish cooker
- Propane BBQ grill
- Satellite phones and wireless internet access
- Anchors, paddles and fish nets
- Screened-in fish house with running water
Cabin Amenities:
- Beds with 6″ deep mattresses and pillows
- All pots, pans, roasters, skillets
- All dishes, silverware, coffee pot
- Full size refrigerator and deep freezer
- Toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies and trash bags

How can I order groceries and beverages for my group?

You can pre-order your groceries and beverages. We will fly them to your outpost prior to your arrival at no extra cost. Grocery lists should be filled out and sent back to Excellent Adventures 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival. Please download the Grocery List form, fill it out accordingly and email to us at info@exc-adventures.com.
How much is a deposit?
Deposits are $500 per person. Deposits are non-refundable and must be made by each group member in order to secure the reservation.
Are there methods of communication at the Outposts?
WiFi internet
Consumption-only policy?
- Sumach: No Trophies Out! Conservation limits allow for take homes on all lakes.
- Brownstone: No Trophies Out! Conservation limits allow for take homes on all lakes.
- Headwaters: No Trophies Out! Consume and catch and release. A sport license will let you take home a few smaller fish.
Voluntary catch and release size?
The policies that we voluntarily promote are as follows:
- Live release of all but one Walleye over 18″
- Live release of all but one Lake Trout over 25″ – 22″ after Sept 1
- Live release of all Northern Pike over 27″
