Sumach Lake Outpost Cabin:

Tied for our most requested outpost, Sumach Lake gives you the opportunity to fish for Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Smallmouth Bass and Perch all in the same lake. Our guests know it as a killer Walleye lake with good Trout. Stained water lake. Sumach includes a maintained portage to Mushroom Lake where the fishing is great for Walleye and Northern Pike.

You can take home your Conservation Limit but trophy fish must be thrown back on this lake. All Bass fishing is catch and release. Make sure to bring your camera!

Sumach Lake Features:

• Lake length: 4 miles
• Lake width: 1 mile across at widest spot
• Maximum depth: 90 feet
• Mean depth: 40 feet
• Sport fish: Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Smallmouth Bass, and Perch
• Access to portage lake with boat and motor
• Only cabin on lake

• 4 to 6 person occupancy
• 2-bedroom cabin with a screened in deck overlooking the lake
• The cabin is generator- and solar-equipped
• Indoor plumbing and bathroom with flush toilet
• Large sitting area has 2 couches with glass door fireplace
• C-Pap outlets in bedroom
• Fish cooker and large barbecue on deck
• Screened-in fish cleaning house with running water
• Full internet service at the cabin
• Three 14-foot boats, equipped with 9.9 hp Yamaha motors, cushioned boat seats, nets, paddles, anchors and gas for boats
